While driving through the desert, a teenage girl is frightened by a seven-foot giant which appears in her path. After escaping, she returns to the site with her boyfriend and her father in an attempt to find the giant. They do, and it proceeds to terrorize them and the rest of Palm Springs, California.
I bought this at half price books in my town thinking it was gonna be pretty bad, simply because of the title, but I? bought it because it was an Elvira tape. Anyway, after watching it 2 or 3 times, I realized how much of a classic it is. It’s a shame they don’t make movies like this anymore. Camp Cult for life biotch!!!!

The giant looks familiar…Lurch from the Adams Family? Anyway I kind of enjoyed this,? but then I like Elvira’s Theater Macabre for midnight cheesearama and early John waters stuff…corny but delightfully tacky!
